How much does CX Mobile cost?

CX Mobile is presently only available to Courier Exchange subscribers. One connection will be given per account.

The monthly cost is £17.50* + vat, which includes:

  • Job Notifications - up to 300 each month (these replace your current SMS notifications)
  • Ability to register GTMs, RJs, search the directory, manage your entries.
  • Full real-time 2-way booking receipt, and POD.
  • Fully integrated with TrampCX, including automatic status updates.
  • Support (0900 - 1730, Mon-Fri).

(Data transfer via GPRS may be charged separately by your service provider, depending on contract)

You will also need to buy a handheld device if you haven't yet got one supported by us. See the 'Will it work on my phone?' tab for details. We strongly recommend that you purchase a Data-Only contract independent of your mobile phone, as data transfer will be interrupted when the device is used for talking.

What happens next?

If you already own a compatible PDA, we will send you the CX Mobile software programme on an SD card, which will automatically install the program to your device. There is a one-off charge of £12.50 plus VAT for this.
